1. Acceptance of Terms

You represent that you have all rights and permissions needed to submit any content or website data to the platform.

8. Reports, Results, and Accuracy

Reports, scores, rankings, analytics, checks, and other outputs are provided for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee that results will be complete, uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for a specific business decision. Search engine rankings, website performance, third-party data, and online conditions can change frequently.

9. Third-Party Services

SiteCalm may integrate with or link to third-party websites, APIs, payment processors, analytics providers, hosting services, or external tools. We are not responsible for third-party content, availability, security, policies, or practices. Your use of third-party services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

10. Intellectual Property

The platform, software, design, trademarks, logos, text, graphics, features, and other content provided by SiteCalm are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. 11. API and Automated Access

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SiteCalm and its owners, employees, contractors, partners, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, business opportunities, or revenue arising from your use of the platform.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability will be limited to the amount you paid to us for the service giving rise to the claim during the three months before the claim arose, or the minimum amount permitted by law.
